Free use icon: Seaking x Nidoran.

Remake of a Pokefusion pair I received from the site's generator. Some parts were pixeled one at a time by hand / scratch, and others were put together and recolored using bases from Soul Silver. It's a Nidoran x Seaking hybrid and it was animated with a free, online program. I used Sai for the pixel aspect. I also have a static (non-moving) version.
