Origami Trojan Helmet Crease Pattern by Cahoonas Origami Trojan Helmet Crease Pattern by Cahoonas
Crease pattern for an origami Trojan helmet with color change crest. Built on a 16x16 grid

To be honest, I decided to design this model after Commander Hurricane's helmet (for those of you who know who that is). The basic shape is there, although the color change areas are different. However, this is a generic enough model to not have it based on any singular character.

The crease pattern is basically a half-water bomb base shifted downwards a bit. the top half of the crease pattern is the color change crest. Curved lines, which are unusual in crease patterns, are there to roughly follow the curve of the helmet created by the 6 crimp folds. If free-folding, the curves are made after the crimps define the helmet shape..

Well ^^

Petit haiku (in french) :
Tigre de papier

"Base de poisson
"De vallées en montagnes
"Et un pli pétale

which makes in english :

Paper's tiger

"Took one fish's base
"From valley to mountains
"And a petal fold
