[PossumVerse] Bubblecup Redesign

Its D*rpy! I opted to rename her to Bubblecup after the G3 character who actually kinda resembles her!

Bubbles is a mare who was born with a lazy eye and slight speech impediment, when she was a filly her eyes worked great and she was even pretty good in flying races! But when she reached to be about 8 years old her left eye started to decline and drift inward, doctors offered to fix it but Bubbles insisted she didn't want it. She and her parents believed that she was perfect the way she was!

Her special talent is she's a wizard at blowing bubbles! She can create almost any shape with a simple wand.
