Welcome! Welcome!

Welcome! Welcome!

Greetings fellow deviants, gamers, and those that break molds and imaginations! This is A-La Watters, the Senior Art Director for Cactyys Totem Entertainment. I have not been on DA in years, but I do still exist! (Former deviantart name was SeraphimDragonFF10.) Here at Cactyys Totem Entertainment, we are here to bring you games to enjoy with friends, family, and those strangers whom you might encounter to share a good gaming time. Our games feature original artwork, mechanics the likes of which are unlike any other, and unique twists that will set our titles apart from the competition. From Original art done with Prismacolor Markers, to Digital pieces from both myself and those that work under the CactyysTotem name, I hope you enjoy the little sneak peeks from our released and upcoming titles. We have released a Tabletop RPG that plays without a GM called Myythic: The Buried Temple of Alimar, and we are currently working on upcoming expansions and new creative classes and

I love your artwork! I have no idea how you get the shading to look so good! :)

When it comes to character art, I did a three-step process. First was to use pencil and sketch the figure. Second is the inking, and that is when I get a little bit of shading into the picture with cross-hatching and linear shading, much like when one would with a colored pencil, but using my pens. Third is using my Prismacolor markers and using darker colors to get the shading more defined. Also for uses of light and magic auras, a little of the light shining off of the figure really makes it stand out.

Thank you for all the faves and the question.
