Monster Raccoon Skull by CabinetCuriosities Monster Raccoon Skull by CabinetCuriosities
Halfway through cleaning this:

I wanted to see the progress and cleaned it with peroxide and let it dry.
It looks already almost done - surprisingly done. Anyway, you can see it compared to a regular young raccoon.
This monster is the most massive and heavy skull of that size I have. It is dwarving my badger and definitely not much smaller than my wolverine.
Whilst alive it must have been quite a sight.

The purchase (although the seller was very suspicious and it looked pretty damaged) was the best I did for a long time.
Look at that nasal bone!

Do you know where it came from? I swear where I used to live in Sarasota, FL, we had some raccoons that looked big enough to like, wear pants and have a job.
