I'm trying to make a compass like your Safari edit, but instead of blue background I want yellow-gold-ish and I want the red part of the spindle to be green...

i don't think i'm in luck right now, but i would still ask... would you like to share the making process of the "Angry birds" icon (this one: [link])?
