I originally drew this in #2 pencil, I used Photoshop CS3 to trace it and make a lineart which I then colored.
@ :improvement-club: I know proportions are off, any suggestions?

It's not really my place to give suggestions as I'm not a member of the Improvement Club you just mentioned, but I think the only real changes you should make are making the neck shorter, and (this next one is really important) notice how you have more blank space on the chin than the forehead? Reverse that.
Make it so that the mouth is right above (or at least very close too) the place where the chin juts out, and move the eyes and nose down too so that the forehead has as much blank space as the chin used to. I hope I wasn't too confusing XD I tend to say things so that they sound more complicated than they realy are.
Otherwise, It's a good picure - in particular I love the shading. I could never pull that off, I just leave shading off my characters entirely
Oh, and the way you made the cheeckbones stand out in just the right way, so that they look realistic.
Okay, I'm done with my rambling now.
(Oh, and btw, you have to use :icon[insert name here]: for group icons just like you would with a person's icon, in case you didn't know.)
OKAY NOW I'M REALLY DONE
