A world of secrecy and adventure awaits, following the exploits of Tim and Terranis.
Tim is a young man living an ordinary life. He has friends, works at a job, and is part of a secret society known as the Mimics Creed. Sworn to protect the Blood of the Earth, an ancient race of shapeshifting creatures, Tim carries out the duties and responsibilities of a Keeper, a guardian of their secrets and culture. However, a sinister plot causes him to question himself, eventually sending him away from his hometown with Terranis, a warrior of his race. As the two set off to venture around the world, they stumble upon more than they can chew: a threat towards both Humanity and the Blood of the Earth. As they face the Superii, the H.A.N.A group, and many more, their strange friendship will be put to the test. By forging new friendships and meeting new allies, the duo hopes to stop that which threatens all. And maybe someday, both worlds may live together in harmony.

Silver Crest (Prologue)
Torches blazed fiercely in the ceremony hall, casting dancing shadows about the spacious room. Crystal boxes engraved with swirling patterns lined the walls of stone and clay. Stationed within them, hundreds of Nova Flies flickered on and off asynchronously, giving off an eerie and mysterious golden glow. The hymn sung by elderly humans and Blood sounded coarse, yet dignified. They stood at the back of the stage, draped in maroon ceremonious regalia embroidered with black swirls. The Blood were of various heights, shapes, and shades of chrome. What genuinely set them apart were their unique beast-like features: mammalian, reptilian, and insect, to name a few.

CHAPTER 1: A DAY LIKE ANY OTHER
Little Rockwell was once a lively little town in New Hampshire, located in the eastern part of the United States. It had flourished as a mining town, and the residents enjoyed the heaping rewards obtained from the land. However, the underground treasure depleted at an alarmingly fast rate, drying out the mines. Shops, old and new, were open and welcoming customers. Most of the buildings appeared worn down — some old signs were even on the verge of falling off. Housewives were gossiping in cafés, young children ran down the streets playing

CHAPTER 1: A DAY LIKE ANY OTHER
Two girls in uniform were sitting at the small, round table in the break-room. Abigail Goodings was cheerfully talking to her co-worker, Haley Rajani — talking to because Haley hardly responded.
Everyone referred to Abigail as Abby. She had a round face, short stature, and was slightly plump with lingering baby fat. Her deep-red curls were tied into a bun. Abby’s forest-green eyes sparkled as she told Haley about her cat, Mr. Meow, which was short for Mr. Meowllion Bucks. Haley rolled her eyes when she heard the name.
Haley couldn’t be any more different than Abby. She had purple highlights in her jet-black hair which extended past her shoulders. The right side of her head had a buzz cut whereas the rest of her hair was tied into a loose low ponytail over her left shoulder. She was quite thin and was of average height. Her large brown eyes were reduced to half their siz
