For some reason every night -- early morning -- at around 3:30am I wake up and just... cry. Like, over nothing. No nightmares, no anxiety attack, nothing. Almost as if I'm crying because there's nothing to cry over. It makes me reflect for about an hour and a half afterwards. This is how I lose sleep lol. I go to bed at 12:45am every night -- morning --. So I get a total of what 3 hours and 45 minutes of sleep every night?

Okay, anyone got any sleeping methods not involving sleep medicine or any kind of drug? I'm very anti-drug. Even if it's meant to help. I just can't lol.

Try to not be on technology an hour before bed. And if you sleep with the TV on, turn it off and put on a fan or something soft in the background.

Or if you don't want to do that, drink warm water, hot cocoa or warm milk before bed. You'll be asleep asap :3

Relaxing bath if you can and maybe some calming scented oils? Mabey doing a little praying before bed? or try an earlier bed time? Maybe some decafe/sleepy tea?

Maybe a bath, that may help. Tea also might work, I just have to buy some. Unfortunately I'm not really religious so I do not pray... apologies!

I recommend playing soft music.
The sound of voices always puts me to sleep

Mmmhmmm. Sometimes I do that and it works about 75% of the time. Got any song suggestions? I don't think my music choice is really "lullaby"

I suggest trying maybe some songs that are slow but not so lullaby-ish.
I love listening to Jon Bellion when I'm having trouble sleeping.
Maybe you could try some music like that.
