Orange Lantern 001

First Orange lantern design! Was very excited when Newsarama wanted to show this, and got even more excited when my editors approve our plan to create excitement for the Greenlantern arc I will be on!

Theres a tremendous amount of research that I do in designing and I am very grateful that Geoff actually gives my such level of creative freedom with em.. you know, I never even have been asked to be part of the story-plotting process.. I just can't thank Geoff enough for letting me explore lots of my strengths in comic art.. design and storytelling wise : )

Anyway, I will try not to spoil anything for you guys...

the few I can talk about this one... hunter based.. very raptor like... in their world, it's all about speed ... outrunning predators and prey would mean everything to them... now when you give one of them a power ring....
