Nay, I do not seek to conquer Death; for Death is as a good friend, come to take us far from the wearies of Life, and to bear arms against one's comrade and ally is foolishness and treachery. That which I seek is another thing entirely. My dearest wish is simply that I may approach Death of my own free will, unbound by the chains of Time and untouched by the bloodied strokes of War that so often draw others into a sleep from which there is no waking. For time spent in the great House of Death spans an eternity, and the breath of Life tarries for but a fleeting moment; thus I wish only to collect enough of those moments that I may never again

Officially blown. ~JamieMDavies (https://www.deviantart.com/jamiemdavies) gave me a three month premium, I don't even. Thank you so much. You are now 200% cooler in my books, and I have a lot of books. Oh, for Luna's sake, now I'm going to have to find something to do around here. Maybe some short bits of writing; Skyrim's been breeding a lot of plotbunnies. That, and I just realized I don't know how to fiddle with any of the premium feature. (Except journal skins - finally, a Luna-themed post!)

I find your lack of pony disturbing.

That is, specifically Scott Lynch's Gentleman Bastard books. I haven't found a single pony of that. Really now, the world would be so much better with a little more of the legendary Thorn of Cantermorr. (Pink Seas under Pinkie Pie? The Friends of Forelocke Lamora?) At least The Name of the Wind, Mistborn, A Song of Ice and Fire, and Discworld have not failed to deliver. I've found pony of all of those. That, and I just discovered there's an entire fanfic crossover with The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. Internets, I am most pleased with your efforts. My pony is full of mind. Wait, what.
