River burst its banks by BusterBrownBB River burst its banks by BusterBrownBB
The River Esk in Musselburgh had burst it's banks at the weekend due to the constant rain, it very nearly got as far as the homes at the side and sandbags were distributed to all home owners. Was an awesome thing to see if a little worrying.

This was actually in the Town I used to live in so where I am now we are a little higher than any rivers etc.
It looked quite worrying for a while at this river though

Well, I'm glad that you're ok, and I hope you don't have to endure it again, or by the any other living creature... It's awful and scary.
We are experience strange days with climatic changes.

Wow That's bad.
I wondered how you've been managing, as knew of the floods etc., of course.

How is it now, any better at all?

The river is still high but not looking like it will burst it's banks, thank goodness.
Where I live we are higher though, this was a town I used to live in
