You are very welcome. Your shots of the bridge are so good. It can't be easy when it is a picture of something so big

By the way I was hoping that the new road bridge would be an addition rather than a replacement for the old one so I am gutted to know it's not. I've always had a soft spot for the road bridge. Because we both arrived in the world at the same time I've always thought of it as my bridge!

I like to think so lol! Although when I was a lot younger I used to think Edinburgh Castle was mine as well. It is a Scottish castle and as I am Scottish too using the logic of a young kid that had to mean it was my castle! :-)

Anything that helps with congestion at rush hour is a good thing I suppose. I guess it has to be a replacement as it would cost too much to maintain two bridges :-(
