The only people who have this patch - My Chemical Romance and Steven of Steven's Untitled Rock Show from FUSE.
I actually found the exact font that was on the original. It's called Book Antiqua. It's a standard font and usually comes with you computer.
I made this because I REALLY wanted the patch that MCR has and the only pictures I could find of it were about 2 inches tall. So, I remade it and enlarged it. EVERYONE! MAKE A PATCH!
