Spirit Tales Online - Gold Kirin Tribe by Bunni89 Spirit Tales Online - Gold Kirin Tribe by Bunni89
The website for this MMO is really bad and doesn't actually have images of all the tribes and classes available once you start the game. So here's a convienient screenshot collection!
Personally I am really bothered by the fact that girls don't get to be spirit animals in a game all about spirit animals. Why on earth would I want to transform into a human with animal ears when my main character is already like that...? Its just weird cos the regular characters have no gender-limited appearance traits at all, they even get to wear the same armor unlike most games. No "on a man it's armor, on a woman it's a bikini", instead merely some little adjustments to make the same costume look feminine/masculine, which are hard to even notice. It's nice!
And then despite the niceness I don't wanna play as my own gender because I lose the coolest gameplay feature :(
I wish they'd just made it an option to choose between humanoid or animal spirit, separate from gender. I mean, I don't wanna have a human spirit but I suppose SOME people would want that option if it was available... I still think it ruins the entire point, though.

Anyway, this is ~ Gold Kirin Tribe ~
A kirin is a mythological creature from japan that's sorta (vaguely) like a dragon except instead of a lizard or fluffy snake it's based on a deer with scales made of gold (or other features depending on the story) They're often called "japanese unicorns" because of the similarity, although there's no actual link between the myths. But sometimes they have one horn, and then again other times they have ordinary deer ones. Giraffes were sometimes sold as valuable exotic pets during ancient times, because they kinda sound like the kirin legend- a golden "snakelike" deer with "scales" (aka, the spot pattern)
And I really like how the game takes each mythological creature and interprets it in different ways to make all the job class designs. Here we have a more oxlike kirin, a more deerlike one, and one that seems to be a gazelle? That's Fighter class, Shaman class and Hunter class. Your archetypical melee, magic and ranged ^_^
