Tennessee Ernie Ford - Goober Peas

Yes, a "goober pea" is a peanut, as known by those of us from The South.

Rideshare is a concept that has changed the livery industry. The two biggest groups in my area of the world are Lyft and Uber. The latter is probably better known, as it has been "verbified." (You can "uber" to another place.)

I was picking up one of my kids to get them to place they needed to go. As a joke, I texted them "Your Gűber driver has arrived." From there, the idea of a car shaped like a peanut took form as a logo for the fantastic rideshare app. I later got to use that joke again when delivering a meal to the other one. (Your Gűber Feast delivery has arrived!)

In retrospect, the idea of a peanut-shaped vehicle sounds like something from a Richard Scary book. I probably also should have prompted Perchance to have a pachyderm driver, too...
