The spooky month has begun and i offer you a Dark Rarity bust i made trying to practice a more oil painting look!
I gave her a horn crown to match with her hubby in the AU. Speaking of her hubby, i think i have made Rarity one of the few that is actually happy with her marriage to Tirek, along with Flutters and Sombra (but that's because i love Dracula-esque romances, i may be a bit biased haha), but why? Why would she jump at the opportunity of marrying the literal cause of her friends and her not being together and that destroyed most of Equestria? Well besides because i needed a villain to ship her with for the AU, it's because i think Rarity is the most "easy" to corrupt of the mane 6.
Of course i don't mean it as if she is evil or anything, and maybe it is a bit OOC on my portrayal of her, but we have seen many times some darks parts of Rarity, she can be jealous and envious at her lowest, and her insecurities take a hold on her, and because that's basically the plot of the Nightmare Rarity comic plot, so maybe a bit of that darkness remains inside of her?.
