Bad End AU: The cast.

Old faces, some new looks.

YAY back to the Bad End AU at last, since i'm rewriting some of the history for this AU (if you want to know what isn't canon anymore/i'm rewriting everything is in the bad end folder in my gallery) i decided to make these headshots of the main cast as a guide and to redesign some of them, and also decided to change Cosmic Hope name (for now at least) to Solstice, since the history i want to follow with him now doesn't involve him being "the chosen one trope" since the beginning C:.

Princess Astral Tome: (she/her) Youngest daughter of consort Twilight Sparkle and Empress Nightmare Moon, born an unicorn.

Even though she is a princess too she isn’t as looked up to as her sister.  She wishes to know how Equestria was before the reign of her mother, even if her curiosity is frowned upon by other ponies.

Her special talent is balance between dark and good magic.

Princess Spectra Nocturna: (she/her) Eldest daughter of consort Twilight Sparkle and Empress Nightmare Moon, born a natural alicorn.

As the new princess of the night, she is expected to follow every wish of her mother the Empress Nightmare Moon. She feels pressured to fit in a role that had been erased for most of her mother’s rule, wants to become the best example of a princess.

Her special talent is archery.

Prince Acheron Justitiam: (He/him) Biological son of Mi Amore Cadenza (Cadence) and Shining Armor, adopted son of Lord Stygian and Cadence, born a natural alicorn.

Doesn’t know where he belongs, he doesn’t have a kingdom and his title of “prince” is more of a formality since he doesn’t have any power in the Nightmare Moon Court. He follows every order he gets from Nightmare Moon to protect his mother.

His special talent is creating counterattacks or defense spells.

Lady Fae Forest: (she/her) Eldest daughter of Lady Starlight Glimmer and Lady Applejack , born an earth pony.

Relies on her strength and her instinct, she is the captain of the nightmare guard.  She follows the orders from Nightmare Moon but questions the morality behind them. Always had preferred the genuineness and simple nature of her mother Applejack family rather than the fake and snobbish vibe of Canterlot .

Her special talent is protecting ponies at all cost, even if she gets hurt doing so.

Lord Crimson Charm: (he/him) Son of of Lady Starlight Glimmer and Lady Applejack , born an unicorn.

The star in his mother Starlight’s eyes, he has been praised by his control of magic by the Nightmare Moon Court and has become one of the greatest magicians in the Empress reign.  Dislikes attempts at disrupting order.

His special talent is igneous spells.

Lady Crescenta Darkwood she/her) Daughter of Lady Starlight Glimmer and Lady Applejack , born an unicorn.

Silent and introverted, she spends most of the time experimenting with new potions. Her talent is mostly frowned upon by other ponies.

Her special talent is distilling venoms and potions.

Lord Bright Stardust Tale: (he/him) Youngest son of  Lady Starlight Glimmer and Lady Applejack , born an unicorn, broke his horn.

Not sure who or what he wants to be in the future, even though he is extremely bright and loves to write stories; he doesn’t feel it’s enough to make his mothers proud.

Hasn’t discovered his special talent yet.

Solstice: (he/him, they/them)  Biological son of Lady Starlight Glimmer and Sunburst, only knows his father. Born an unicorn

Raised secluded and in disguise, Solstice wishes he could explore more of what he is capable of, he practices his magic out of sight of everyone.  He wants to express himself in his own ways and not how other ponies tell him it should be.

His special talent is dream walking.

Prince Seraphim Allure: (he/him) Eldest son of King Sombra and consort Fluttershy, born a bat pony/umbrum hybrid, became an artificial alicorn thanks to his crystal horn.

The prince of the crystal empire , he takes pride on the crown he will carry one day. Very manipulative and few know of his true nature, he appears how you would like him to look and what the situation requires him to act.

His special talent is mind manipulation.

Princess Calla Lilith: (she/her) Daughter of King Sombra and consort Fluttershy, born a pegasus.

Collected and calm, heals the ponies of the empire with her potion, she is devoted to doing good deeds and the people of the kingdom thanks her for it.

Her special talent is making antidotes and healing potions.

Princess Blood Rosabella: (she/her) Youngest daughter of King Sombra and consort Fluttershy, born an unicorn.

Tries to find the beauty and good in everything and sees the world through rose tinted glasses, she can come as naïve sometimes. Even though it doesn’t look like it, she is very brave and isn’t afraid of calling out wrong doings.

Her special talent is helping others find good in them.

Festivalus Dreamland: (he/him, they/them, it/its) Child of Lord of chaos Discord and consort Pinkie Pie, born a draconequus/pony hybrid.

Lots of family issues, he feels let down by most of the people in his life. He feels he could do so much with his powers, but has no guidance on how to do it. Asocial and sarcastic, he dislikes the company of many creatures.

Doesn’t have a specific special talent.

Carnivalicious Wonderland: (he/him, they/them, it/its) Child Lord of chaos Discord and consort Pinkie Pie, born a draconequus/pony hybrid.

 He prefers to leave the choices and being a leader to his twin brother, he is more optimistic and doesn’t like to stand up for himself.  The more sociable and friendly of the pair, tries to keep the balance between him and his brother.

Doesn’t have a specific special talent.

Diabolical Dissonance Devilfood Pie : (she/her) Youngest daughter of Lord of chaos Discord and consort Pinkie Pie, born a draconequus/pony hybrid.

Dixie is the very energetic fluffy ball of chaos result of the union of Pinkie and Discord. She plays along the rhythm of her own drum. She is very skilled in a wide variety of musical instruments, including the flugelhorn and the yavidaphone, most creatures that hear her music claim that it is weirdly hypnotic.

Lady Maleficent Onyx: (she/her) Youngest daughter of Lord Tirek and Lady Rarity, born a centaur/unicorn hybrid.

Always trying for perfection no flaw can be found in her beauty, but deep down there is a darkness that she tries hard to repress. Behind her beauty and polite attitude, she thinks that other ponies consider her a monster.

Doesn’t have a specific special talent.

Lord Velour Diablerie: (he/him, she/her, they/them) Child of Lord Tirek and Lady Rarity, born a centaur/unicorn hybrid.

Incredibly confident and a master in his precious stone craft, he is one of the most influential aristocrats in the Nightmare Moon Court. He is extremely charming and takes that to his advantage.

Doesn’t have a specific special talent.

Lord Carbonado Crudus: (he/him) Eldest son of Lord Tirek and Lady Rarity, born a centaur/unicorn hybrid.

He is one of the strongest creatures in Equestria, stoic and powerful. He doesn’t care as much for court meeting as he cares about training with the Nightmare Moon guards.

Doesn’t have a specific special talent.

Prince Venom Sting: (he/him, they/them) Child of Queen Chrysalis and guard Rainbow Dash, born a changeling/Pegasus hybrid.

Arrogant and pretentious he is one of the most important members of his colony. He has been taught since his birth that he would rule just like his mother does, but he isn’t sure that’s what he wants to do and rule with evil and hate.

Doesn’t have a specific special talent.
