The Pokemon contest/showcase outfit of Ro 1

This is one of the outfits that Rosaria has that she wears in Pokémon contests and sometimes in Pokemon showcase performances.

So the outfit that Ro has looks so magician like, and she wears a mini top hat with a rose on it.
