ABOUT ME

Introduction
Hello there everyone, bonjour~ =3
My name is Roie, or you can call me by my username, "BCPony". As an artist, I use graphite pencils for traditional sketches, and I use Photoshop as a mouse-user for digital drawings. I live in the Philippines, but I am poor at Tagalog language; English is actually my mother tongue. In real life, I tend to be very quiet, not inclined to talk a lot. Since I like to ponder for ideas, and drawing them out, I prefer talking to people about these kinds of things. I only want to open out about myself to others whom I find trustworthy.

My Lifestyle
I am a busy person in general; I like being productive on things that I want and need to do. On the contrary, I really don't like to spend my time being lazy. I also don't like spending time on stuff that doesn't feel very useful or important to me, so I can be extremely nitpicky. Time is priceless, and it is discreet to use it wisely. I am particularly dependent on my mood too, and it heavily affects my working habits as well. That's why I usually fill myself with inspiration and things that upbuild me so it will keep me going with whatever I have to do.

I am also a type of guy who likes keeping things organized, if not neat enough.

My Interest in Art
I love to draw so much. It's been my favorite hobby since I was very little. Most of my life I just teach myself on learning new things, and developing my own skills according to what I can easily adapt with. I find art schools technically less beneficial for me because I find myself learning the best way through my own pace. Yes, I can be influenced by other artists on how amazing they are, but those artists don't have to teach me or tell me their secrets for me to learn something from them. Their work speaks for themselves, and I seriously take note on that. Their great works really inspire me too, and that is one thing that keeps me going on the road to improvement.

My Personality
I find myself a very introverted person in real-life. I usually keep a lot of my thoughts and feelings into myself; only speak out whenever I feel the need to, and it may not always be whenever I'm being asked. I can comfortably talk to people who have the same interests as I do, or someone whom I'm used to. Although I may have speech difficulties if I feel tense. I also tend to forget words as well; I'm very useless without dictionaries. ^^'

I am also a person who prefers to build up genuine qualities than to stick to whom I used to be, so you may be surprised if I seemingly change from one day to another. x3

My Interests
Things that I'm interested at usually reflect on what I draw. I draw a lot of ponies, but I'm also branching out my interests. I have a 3DS, and I solely focus on Pokemon and Kirby games nowadays, for they don't ever seem to disappoint me. I also like to read books, but I am highly selective on that too. I prefer books to have amazing illustrations and artworks for inspiration, and books that upbuild me as a person. I also like to sing and voice acting by myself, which usually keeps me going whatever I seem to be doing. x3 I also like to watch movies as well, but again I am extremely selective on that too. In summary, I prefer to entertain myself only wholesome things.
