Buddy (Power Peak Form)

BEHOLD!! This is what Buddy looks like when his powers at max. Since he's a Fire-Wind Dragon, he uses both the fire and wind element together. With this power, he can do many things, like traveling at supersonic speeds, leaving a trail of blue flames behind. He can also control roaring fires and raging wind currents with his mind. And last but not least, he can stop time around him and take action in a flash, only for a minute or so, this move takes up a lot of energy. But Buddy never uses this form unless absolutely necessary.
