Buddy (Anthropomorphic Version)

So, I tried to make an anthropomorphic of my OC dragon, Buddy. I'm not perfect of drawing human-like characters, but I manage at time. Buddy outfit preference is wearing a jacket and a pair of pants when he wants to look nice around public. But on the regular, he wears a tank top and pair of shorts, he can't stand khaki shorts. I don't add the wings when making anthro dragons to make it easier for me. Hope y'all like it.
