I can only think of this video, which was definitely an inspiration for me, and which I have already linked in one of my journals (or comments) Regarding this piece, well, it's mine, I can film how it is hanging on the wall, or whatever. Chinese/Japanese plums may all look the same for newcomers, I think you've probably seen a piece that just looks alike.

I love this! I recently started trying to learn suibokuga, which is similar. I love these Japanese painting styles. I haven't posted anything in that style yet but will soon ~
Anyway I love your sumie work!

Thanks!)) Actually, as far as I understand, sumie and suibokuga are the same thing, it's just the word "sumie" is more like for foreigners, and "suibokuga" is more common in Japan. Good luck with your studying!))

Oops I should have known that! I'm new to these painting styles so I just assumed if there's a different word there must be differences and I just couldn't see them yet!! (I'm relieved because to me they looked the same haha.)
