I've been trying to send you a short message (about a song). But I keep getting "failed to send" errors or "the system thinks it's spam" or something. ):

I'm not deviantart a lot anymore, but I do use the site (specifically the 'note' system) to correspond with a friend of mine. I'm now checking every so often to see if she has responded yet.

My question is: Can I somehow set my email notifications that I will get an email whenever I get a new note? I have looked around in the settings, but I don't immediately see a check box that would accomplish this. So I'm not very hopeful, but who knows. I have gotten email notifications from DA in the past, but that was after I'd been away from the website for a long time, I think.
