This one is one of your best piece of work. Black and dark green = awesome. The tiling is perfect (with little leaves everywhere so it's very dense!).
There's just the border of the Mandebrot that is not smooth enough.
You should combine this one with the "Manual Labor" fractal ([link]) so that leaves are growing from the fractal.. I'll do that anyway some day.
You should also post "Manual Labor" on DA it is great ;) .

"maple leaves" yeah right :D ..

Thanks for the compliment. You can notice that as you get closer to the boundary of the M-set in "Mandelbrot's Garden", it gets greener and the leaves all fade to a solid green color. I did this on purpose because otherwise the leaves got very dense near the boundary and became a solid dark green color and it looked muddy and there was very little contrast between the M-set (black) and the exterior (green).

Thanks for the compliments about "Manual Labor". I used a scan of my hand as the source image for that fractal. I will upload it soon.
