Nona is playful, and a bit of a tease. She enjoys playing games, especially when it comes to water. Water polo is one of her favorites. She can be sassy and tough when she needs
to be, but generally comes off as a vain girly girl obsessed with cute clothes and jewelry. Most days she enjoys the company of others, especially men. Flirting after all, is one of her favorite hobbies. But there are days when she needs time to recharge with some alone time. This is usually spent playing her ukulele in her room, or writing poems that she later turns into songs. While she enjoys adventure, she doesn't often go looking for it. She prefers to stand back and watch rather than jump full force into a fight, and becoming a weapon has been difficult for her in that regard. But being the loyal friend that she is, she is willing to learn more about how she can protect those around her with this new form. Though she can be stand offish, she has a willing heart and this more often than not is what gives her purpose in her life, even when she feels inadequate or incapable, which comes into her mind when she is stressed or worried about current events in her life. But these feelings are easily dispelled by good music and good company.

.Backstory :

Nona was born in Greece, to a rich family of prestigious goldeen, who prided themselves in their ability to throw elaborate parties. Her parents were especially doting on a family of Meowth, who frequently called upon them to plan and assemble events for them, such as balls and weddings. Due to her parents constant demand of her attending, Nona became content and quite good at doing her makeup, and putting together tasteful outfits.
And while she enjoyed these things, often felt like something was missing in her life. When she was 15, some of the Meowth boys started to invite her to sneak out on the town with them, and they would go about pulling harmless pranks and drinking under age. Due to her growing friendship with the group, Nona soon began to develop an attachment to one of the boys especially, Koan, and began doing things to show off.

It was around this age that she discovered her ability, water veil, and that it allowed her to not get burned by a fire attack. Her little gang soon started picking fights with another group in the small waterfront town, Team Scorch, who were led by a very short tempered Charmeleon. Koan always sent Nona in first to take the first hit before anyone else attacked, and she began using herself as a shield to her friends when things would get too heated.

About a year into this new lifestyle, at the age of 16, Nona happened upon her ability to transform into a weapon. She had felt weird all week, her body tingling and sending random pain signals into her horn, stomach, and legs. There was one night where she felt as if her head were on fire, and reaching up she felt a sharp tip protruding from it. Confused, she bolted out of bed and went to the mirror, gasping in fear as she saw a three tiered harpoon spear sitting where her horn used to be. Shaking she gently touched them, and then a few seconds later they disappeared. Shaking her head to clear it, Nona had gone back to sleep, passing it off as a dream. But later that week, she would realize it wasn’t. The leader of Team Scorch had begun getting himself into darker and darker situations, and it soon became apparent that he was no longer himself. By the end of the year, he had turned into a Kishin and started to terrorize the city, burning anyone who would stand in his way and feasting on their souls.

Nona and her gang knew they had to do something to help. Koan, being the leader he was, disrupted the Kishin Charmeleon as he was going for a young Skitty, and knocked him against a wall. He was able to defend himself for a few minutes, but it soon became apparent that the Kishin would win. Suddenly, Nona felt her horn begin to tingle, and her body to become immovable. Next thing she knew, a long thin blade with three stacked points were protruding from the horn on her head, and her body had shifted into the stem, two fin like decorations protruding from either side of her newly formed harpoon form. Koan glanced over for a moment, and then almost instinctively grabbed her new form and used her to pierce the Chameleons throat, ripping upwards to tear his head almost completely off his body. The monster then burst into a shimmer of sparkles, and a floating soul flickered in the air. “What just happened?!” Nona had yelled, still in her form. This caused Koan to drop her and back away, unsure of what to do with his new weapon friend. In time, she shifted back to her normal form, and both friends stood looking in awe at the scene before them, if not a little unsettled.


Nona had NEVER hurt anyone before, preferring to act as the shield during her gangs fights. But this felt different. Allowing her body to turn into a weapon almost felt, empowering. She could not only protect herself now, this also gave her a reason to protect Koan, whom she had taken a liking to. Soon a crowd gathered, and the News media were swarming around them to cover the story of the small town’s first ever Kishin encounter. Nona and Koan of course reveled in the attention, waving at their “adoring” fans and linking arms like a couple of movie stars. Even though Nona herself was still feeling shaky and confused at what had just occurred. When they arrived home however, they were met with a quite different reaction. Nona’s parents were confused and horrified, blaming Koan for their daughter’s fate. They felt that if he had never befriended their daughter in the first place that she never would have joined the gang, and thus would not have activated her weapon form. Her mother's father had been a Meister himself, but Nona's mother had had a falling out with her father years ago, and didn't want anything to do with him, nor the academy he had gone to. While Koan’s parents took great offense and began calling Nona a freak and that she had to go.


In time, their families no longer worked together, and for her own protection, Nona’s father went behind his wife's back and spoke with his father-in-law and they both felt it would be best to send her away to the Academy, where she could learn how to use and control her weapon form. She was hesitant with the transition at first, but her confident personality soon got the better of her. She is ready for a new adventure, wherever that may take her! And despite the fact that her and Koan’s families no longer interact, she still hears from him from time to time. He has taken up fishing and frequently sells his fresh caught prey to the local market. Nona hopes to make new friends, better understand her purpose as a weapon, and take down any kishin that stand in her way!
