I was born in Brazil and when I was 7 I saw a friend of mine drawing the Green Lantern perfectly in a piece of paper and I got amazed with that and since then I never stopped drawing. Also, I never missed the blockbuster movies of that time: Jurassic Park, Terminator 2, Predator, etc.
This traditional background and passion for creatures and special effects was crucial for my current 3D career.
In 2005 I started an intensive 3D course in São Paulo, Brazil. After this six months course I was asked to teach 3Ds Max and to start a new animation company with other artists. This was my first job as a 3D artist.
After 3 years I moved to another TV Ad company and worked as a Lead Modeler and stayed there from 2008 to 2011. Currently I’m living in Sao Paulo/Brazil and working as a Freelancer Character Artist specialized in organic and hard surface modeling and texturing of characters for Games, Cinematics, Advertisements and 3D prototyping.
