Lady Deadpool

This is Wanda Wilson from Earth-3010 and this picture is from Deadpool Corps issue #6 page 6. Like all the other versions of Deadpool she had scars but some cosmic nonsense removed those scars reverting back to her actual appearance which is an absolute smokeshow. The reason she is dressed like this is she is undercover.
