FaLaLaLaLa 2 for CD Art Display

This one is FULL SCREEN for your family/work/volleyball team Christmas party (turn off your screensaver...).  It comes in several resolutions:

Default (1280x1024)
1024x768
1280x800
1440x900
1680x1050
1920x1080
1920x1200

This is for CAD 3.0 beta. I can convert to 2.0 if requested.

Track title, artist, album and running time are displayed.  There is a progress bar that you can click and drag to seek in the song.  If you hover over the cover, three buttons will be displayed that allow you to skip forward, backward or pause/play.
