I think the eyes are important in a drawing--they give a focalpoint for the veiwer to empathize with. Eyes tend to make a character sympathetic, or that's how I see it.
I kind of like the eyes--it gives a definition that wouldn't be there otherwise. Something to focus on I guess. Also, I'm fascinated with the berry on her eyebrow, if a berry it is. Is it a piercing or somesort of hairclip? I think it would be cool if there was some plant growing from inside of her head, but..... I am rambling now.
Also:school? Is this an upload from an earlier time, or does your district have to go back way before mine? Hays doesn't go back until late August.
