When I finally finished my pineapple puppet (made for the Psych panel at SDCC) I had to retake the "still life with crazed fruit" to include it :)

Will resubmit large enough for a print if anyone's interested

They're soooo cute! My favourite has to be the cherries or the lime. :)

really awesome, and i was wondering how you made the cherries. i think it looks like you put them together with 4 peices of cloth? not sure how the stems work either :" \ just wanna make my mom some plushs, since she loves cherries.

Hi sorry for replying late >.< And yes, the cherries are a four-piece pattern, I left it open at the top and then sewed it closed around the stem. (I think I put some hot glue in too, just for good measure.) The stems are wire wrapped with embroidery floss ;) Kind of tedious, you could also do it with felt or something.

It's okay :" D
hmm, I see, I'm probably going to try and make the whole thing out of felt, though i'll try the embroidery floss! not sure where i'll get the wire but i'll think of something. Thanks for the reply~

Yeah, felt is easier, I just like having it softer heheh. If you have a JoAnn near you, they carry lots of wire spools (usually near the jewelry stuff, sometimes with foamies). I use black since it's a little easier to cover than silver, but it even comes in green I think... plus with the spools you can poke it to see if it's the thickness/stiffness you want.

Good luck :)

I live in australia x' D i don't think they have JoAnns near here. Haha, but i have some wire from school that i could try using. Ugh, either way i should try to find the craft stores that around here :" d
