Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactIt looks like you are definitely on the right track. Not sure if you are drawing wireframe skeletal construction lines but that is what made the biggest improvement in my work. It helped me get the proportions down better. The book that helped me the most was how to draw the Marvel way.
Another dirty trick is to actually get some tracing in paper and work over the top of some of your favorite illustrations. I Find it is like practicing scales. Your brain begins to pick up how the artist laid down their strokes, how to position your hand and so on.
But I still am learning today. Keep it up!
