As a college student, I took great pains to avoid being guilty of plagiarism when I wrote papers. I think that in the long run, making sure I didn't copy anyone's stuff made me a better writer, and I think it also gave me a broader vocabulary. Today I received a way-deserved guilt trip from an artist who was profoundly unhappy with my decision to use his work without permission. I think my guilt comes most from the fact that it never even occurred to me that using an image from this site would be upsetting to someone. Reflecting on the offended artist's note, it took me about a nanosecond to put myself in his position and realize that I would be pissed, too, if someone took my hard work and ruined it in an hour with some shitty software that any four-year old could use.
I guess I have been a kid in a candy store these past few months. In all my life I have never really been able to draw. I was quite amazing to discover that I could use a computer to manipulate images to express my creativity (however twisted it may be). To now realize that my "creative expression" comes at the price of other people's ACTUAL talent is something of a let-down. So...if anyone finds their work as part of something I have made and finds this upsetting, please let me know and I will remove the image immediately. In the future, if I find anything on DeviantART that I'd like to use to make vore imagery, I shall first ask permission. I'll probably now only use pictures I find from public domain sources, anyway, as I'd rather not risk needlessly getting someone upset.
Again, my apologies to the man whom I offended with my sophomoric re-rendering of his work.
