Description
This is a boss in Alpha Protocol. I can't remember if he's still in the game or not. I always liked the Iron Sheik from the WWF and thought he'd be a good starting point for this guy. The scar on his face, I imagined, happened when he was rigging some sort of explosive that went badly.

Ah yes, this guy. The very first boss in the game and you could get a gold plated assault rifle from him.
