Everything is all about u

This year I haven't been feeling the same. I feel like I don't know who I am anymore. Last year in November I finally broke free from a toxic relationship that had lasted over 3 years. My thought process was next year I would feel more free and better. Well, I haven't. I keep getting flashbacks about it. I always feel scared and picture the past happening over, and over again. My sleep has gone from too much, to less. Nightmares have happened more then ever in my life. I came to realize last month that I've been experiencing symptoms of PTSD. Though I don't want to say for certain till I can meet with my therapist,( which is on hold till I get insurance again.. ) This is the closest thing that matches up with what I've been experiencing. 
On a brighter ending note, I will be getting my service dog prospect in March, which is something I have been preparing for a long time. If you would like to follow more info on that I'll be posting our journey on Instagram at: yuki_autism.aussie
