Preferably Stone, someone from your empire attacked Kadar so… he has a bone to pick… but that’s not exactly a requirement!
Honey Locust is indifferent regarding empire cats at this time, but stone cats will be getting an extra "oomph" when dealing with him. At least until he calms down. If he calms down.

Tertius has been making a name for himself for many years now. But he’s always looking to take bigger cats down a peg or two.
Partnered could be fine, but I want to get him some more solo captures
Tertius also hates stone cats with a burning passion. One in particular, but he’s definitely more aggressive and cruel with them. Tertius is not a kind hunter with empire cats by any means, he mocks, he jests, he’ll fuck with your head if you’re not cautious.
Seems to specialize in cats bigger than him, but he’s not picky.
