It's been a long time since I've done anything with this account besides favoriting and commenting.
Some of you may have noticed I've changed my username. I've decided to put myself out there for the professional world. I've decided to stop being anonymous. I will now have only one public image.
I'm not an artist, but I do love to draw. I haven't done that much lately. I want to get back into this. I have a few art projects from college that I'll be uploading in the next week or so. They're not perfect, but I like them enough to share them. My schedule has been too hectic to do anything large on my own, especially when my primary focus is programming.
For the past few years, I've gone back to college to study Game and Interactive Media Design. I'm not sure where I'll go from here (get a job, continuing my education, etc.). But I like what I'm learning, and I want to do it for the rest of my career.
I'm not sure if I'll keep the Core membership when it comes time to renew it. I doubt I will for the price they're charging.
I'm not sure how active this journal will be. I'm still trying out different sites to see which one works best for me, but DA means a lot to me. It's the site I've stuck with the longest.
Other sites I'm trying out include (as far as I can remember):
- Tumblr (still new, no content yet)
- Wordpress (Still private, planning on making this my main site)
- Dreamwidth (Testing the site, not posting, I love it on a technical level, but it's too small to attract an audience)
- Twitter (I check it at least once a day, not glued to it)
One of these will become my primary journal over time while the others become less active. That's a side effect of having limited time to work with as a human.
