"Now, I have to admit, the two of you have become quite the topic of discussion within the Empire. Not only because of your accomplishments, but because Liko's rise through the ranks has been... remarkably swift."

COUETTE:
"Talent should never be wasted. When I recognized her potential, I took it upon myself to cultivate it."

CANARI:
"Ohoho! Cultivate? That's one way to put it. Rumor has it you personally oversaw nearly every aspect of her development."

COUETTE:
"I did. Excellence does not emerge by accident. It requires guidance, discipline, and attention to detail."

LIKO:
"Administrator Couette provided all three."

CANARI:
"How wonderfully modest! Though I have to ask—what exactly did you see in her that made her worth such an investment?"

COUETTE:
"Potential. She possessed a strong foundation, but lacked direction. I simply refined what was already there."

CANARI:
"Refined? That's a very elegant way of describing it."

COUETTE:
"I value elegance. Beauty. Sophistication. Strength alone is common. What separates the exceptional from the ordinary is how that strength is expressed."

LIKO:
"Administrator Couette taught me that representing the Empire is about more than completing assignments."

COUETTE:

COUETTE:

"Now here's the truly fascinating part. Most operatives serve either as Enforcers or Administrators. Yet Liko somehow manages both. How did that happen?"

COUETTE:
"Because limiting her to one role would have been inefficient."

CANARI:
"Hah! Straight to the point!"

COUETTE:
"As an Enforcer, she serves as an example of discipline and excellence. As an Administrator, she ensures those same standards are upheld by others."

LIKO:
"My responsibilities simply expanded."

CANARI:
"Most people would call that a promotion."

LIKO:
"If that is how you wish to describe it."

CANARI:
"Ohoho! Viewers, do you see what I mean? Not a hint of ego!"

COUETTE:
"Another admirable quality."

CANARI:
"Speaking of which, Liko, do you ever disagree with Administrator Couette?"

LIKO:
"..."

CANARI:
"Oh, that pause was interesting."

LIKO:
"Not often."

COUETTE:
"A wise decision."

CANARI:
"Hahaha! I was wondering who would answer first!"

LIKO:
"My Administrator's guidance has consistently proven reliable."

COUETTE:
"And Liko has consistently demonstrated good judgment in recognizing that."

CANARI:
"The synchronization between you two is almost frightening."

COUETTE:
"I prefer 'efficient.'"

CANARI:
"Of course you do. One final question, then. What do you hope for Liko's future within the Empire?"

COUETTE:
"I expect her to surpass me."

CANARI:
"Oho?"

COUETTE:
"One day, she will guide others as I guided her. She will become a standard by which excellence is measured."

LIKO:
"If Administrator Couette believes that is possible, then I will work to make it reality."

CANARI:
"Aww! That's almost touching."

COUETTE:
"Almost?"

CANARI:
"You know what I mean! Before we wrap up, any advice for aspiring recruits watching from home?"

LIKO:
"Dedication is rewarded."

COUETTE:
"And never settle for mediocrity. Conduct yourself with dignity. Pursue refinement in your work. Seek beauty in what you create. The Empire deserves your very best."

CANARI:
"Magnificent words from a magnificent pair! Give it up for Administrator Couette and Enforcer-Administrator Liko, everyone! A shining example of what can be achieved through discipline, loyalty, and proper guidance!"

She's been sitting on my to do list for a while, so it was really fun to finally get to her!

Liko has been properly trained and educated, by Grand-administrator Couette the head of social media and affairs no less! It's quite the accomplishment, fulfilling a double role as a Acolyte and a enforcer at the same time! Though, Liko doesn't seem to complain. Her loyalty is to the empire after all, so why would she?
