If you can't find one, I find that reading things aloud before posting it is a good way of catching mistakes. When you read it in your head and are already familiar with what's written then your brain tends to actually skip over mistakes and only skims over the work--filling in what it skims over with what it already knows should be there. Reading the text aloud, however, means that your brain has to switch to primarily focusing on your mouth and the enunciation and understanding of the words; when a mistake comes up, where your brain might have skipped it, your mouth with catch the error.
