For work done in MS Paint (If it is, sorry if it isn't) its extremely well done! The colors aren't bursting out but they complement the characters themselves, and the hair has very well done dimensions. One of the only things I have to point out is the clothing. It kind of looks as if they're welded to the body, may i suggest when drawing shirts and shorts/jeans on a character to make the edge of the clothing touch the skin in some places but not stuck to it. The final thing is the green haired character at the front; instead of the white shorts, I think that a light shade of red or gray would compliment the skin instead of blending in with it.
