Description
These berries are not just strawberries, they are two very old species of strawberries: The red ones are called strasberries, or raspberry-strawberries. They taste like a combination of raspberries and strawberries, and they are really juicy and tasty. The white ones are called pineberries, or pineapple-strawberries, and they taste like, yes, a combination of pineapple and strawberries. Both are hard to describe, but really great - I can only encourage you to try them if you ever get the chance!
This photo was taken with two of each species stacked up on a large mirror, to show a little of the green, though only as a rough reflection, in contrast to the bright red colors. I then sprayed a mist of water over the berries, to get a nice background effect on the mirror, and some pretty droplets on the berries
