I'm developing a 3D bondage-oriented game focused on restraints, gags, tightness, and realistic submission dynamics.
Currently I'm working on Kinkystudio, a sandbox game where you can tie up, bind, restrain characters and take pictures. The project is not meant to be a full-scale game on its own, but rather a foundational platform to develop and test the core mechanics that will be reused and expanded in future projects. This includes interaction systems, character rigs, animation workflows, and tools that allow expressive, reactive characters in controlled scenarios.
The project is currently in alpha. As it’s still early in development, you may encounter bugs, unfinished features, and limited content. Below is the general roadmap for the project.

Better Face Expressions: Enhancing facial animation and reaction.
Add More Gear: Incorporating additional accessories such as gags, blindfolds, cuffs, ropes, etc.
More Animations: Adding body animations like struggling and more expressive face movements.
Enhanced Picture Controls: Offering more control over picture snapping (zoom, expression, etc).
Particle Effects: Exploring with particles to add drool effects around the mouth.
More Body Restraints: Introducing additional ways to restrain bodies.
New Avatars: Adding more avatar options.
AI Bots: Adding agent that can capture and tie you up
Clothing Options: Expanding clothing variety.
Sound: Creation of music, and voice
Final Words
There’s still a lot to do, but the foundation is taking shape. A Patreon is already available if you’d like to support the project and help speed up development. Once enough core systems and building blocks are in place, I plan to move on to future games using this same framework, with a rough goal of mid to late 2026. For now, my focus is on building a solid base, especially around bondage mechanics, character expression, clothing, and avatar control.
You can download the current alpha through the official itch.io, Discord, or via Patreon. Any kind of support is welcome and directly helps move the project forward. Please keep in mind that this is still an early alpha, so content is limited for now. Over time, I plan to gradually add more gear options, camera controls, clothing, avatars, and interaction depth.
Pre-release builds are shared first on Patreon whenever new features or systems are added. Public free alpha releases will follow periodically as the project reaches more stable milestones.
