The wind blew gently on the warm spring day. The sun slowly rose and beamed through the dark cave and landing on the eyes of a sleepy white dragon. Its body was covered in short white fur, a yellow reptile plated underbelly, and wings that became covered with white feathers with green and light blue tipps. Two fox like pointy ears folded back while a mat of orange fur like hair ruffled slightly, “YAaaaaaaaaa” Yawned the dragon as he licked his lips and slowly stood up, its long tail uncoiling from its body and going behind him, “What to do now…” questioned the dragon as he sat up and looked around for something to do. His claws scratched the cave floor as he walked outside the cave, admiring the view of a nearby lake, some deer with light brown fur eating grass, the birds chirping and flying in the air.
GGGRRRROOOAAAANNN! His stomach growled loudly, complaining about the empty feeling. The dragon blushed to himself and rubbed his belly, “Guess I’m hungry…” With that, he took to the sky, flapping his four feathered wings and disappearing from sight by hiding in the clouds.
Down below, a small boy stood outside, chopping wood into halves to use for a fire. His white shirt was torn and rugged, his face covered in sweat as he wiped it off his brow. The leather shoes and pants didn’t help with the heat but kept him protected from the sharp rocks and splinters by his working area. The cottage in the woods was a warm home, a roof made out of straw, a family working outside, while the daughters made dinner. The boy sighed and tiredly placed the axe on the ground. He had been cutting for hours since sunrise, “Finally… finished…” He panted for air, his muscles ached, arms throbbed while his small pale hands were covered in blisters, “So… much...wood…” A shadow flew past him, making the boy look for a nearby bird but found nothing. Silence That’s what filled the air, the nerve killing silence that made you feel death’s clutches run up your spine. Nothing was stirring or breathing for that matter. In one moment, it was a standstill. The forest is-
The boys thoughts were interrupted as a stern grip clamped on his arm and a wooden paddle flew into his chest, knocking the air out of him, “Little brat! I said to get back to work! I didn’t buy a slave to have it day dream!”
“Y-Yes… Yes s-s-sir…” answered the small boy as he tried to breathe. He fell to the ground as the man grabbed the boy’s neck and began to drag him towards the forest and threw him forward, making the boy crumble to the ground, “Go get some wood and don’t come back until we have enough to last for two winters!” The burly man grabbed the axe from the ground and threw it. The boy sat up only to be greeted with the metal axe head landing beside him in the dirt, “Y-yes master… right away master!” He stood up, grabbed the axe handle and went to leave only to fall face first on the ground. The axe was stuck. Before the boy’s master could notice, he ran. I’m never coming back. I’m never being their slave!
His heart raced, pumping loudly in his ears, his legs began to feel like lead, each footstep getting heavier and heavier. His head spun, No… I know I’m not.. Seeing… stars… not now… not… CRASH! The boy fell next to a tree and panted, “I.. can’t… keep… running… I... I…” He went quiet when a shadow passed over him for the second time that day. He looked around before realizing the stillness again. No birds, no deer, not even the rustling of leaves in the wind. It was all quiet. CRUNCH! Something stepped on some leaves behind him. He looked over the tree’s side but nothing was there. “Hello!”
“AHHHH!” Screamed the boy as he turned around. A dragon with white fur, four feathered wings, a toothy grin with a derp face look. The creature smiled and sat in the small clearing of trees. It was massive compared to the boy, over 15 feet long and a jaw that could easily fit a man, “Don’t scream, shhhh, me is Flammie and very friendly!”
“Flammie?” Asked the boy with a strange look.
The creature nodded playfully as his tail wagged, “My name silly is Flammie! I’m a dragon!” The boy began to tremble as he tried to sink into the tree he was propped on. He’s going to eat me… it’s going to burn me to a crisp and eat me! The boy began to struggle with tears in his eyes as Flammie moved forward and placed a fluffy white claw on the boy’s chest, “What’s wrong little one? Did me scare you?”
The boy didn’t answer as he tried to crawl back, grabbing the massive roots of the tree beside him. Flammie stepped closer while his claw pinned the boy to the ground gently, “Me won’t hurt you, me promise.” The dragon had a beak like maw as it rubbed its chin against the boy.
“BASTARD! GET BACK HERE!” Shouted the boy’s owner in the distance. His eyes widened even more with terror as his body began to shake.
“Who was that?” asked Flammie as he looked down at the boy, “You don’t look so good… is you ok?”
“I.. I need to hide! I can’t be found! They.. They’ll kill me!” Before he could finish, the creature grabbed the boy with his claw and tossed him into his beak like maw. The massive tongue lapping him over and over again, enjoying his salty taste, “You,” SSSLLUUURRRP, “You hard worker, me can taste it!”
“HELP!” Called the boy in fear as the massive teeth chomped down, missing him by inches.
“Careful now, me no wants to bite friend!” He sloppily spoke as drool fell out from his maw.
“We… aren't… FRIENDS!” Flammie grunted in response as he tilted his head up and sent the boy sliding down towards his throat, “NO! PLEASE! NO!” The boy couldn't do anything as the warm tongue flicked upward and sped up his decent. The squishy throat happily took the small form with a loud GULP!
The boy struggled, his hands gripping the fleshy walls tightly as the strong muscles forced him down. Saliva coated his entire form, making it impossible to slow down until SPLASH! He landed into a large open space full of warm liquids, “LET ME OUT! PLEASE! LET ME GO!” He made his was to the contrasting stomach wall and began to beat on it, punching with all his might to fight back. It was futile but the boy didn't care. He wasn't going out without a fight. I didn't free myself to become food!
The cool breeze blew all around the four winged, white feathered dragon. His orange turf of fur on his forehead blew madly as he flew. He couldn't help but to mur to himself. The boy doesn't quit. Me likes friend. He gives belly fun time. Looking down at himself, he spotted the small bulge poking out and smiled as a gently claw poked it, “You ok in There?”
“LET ME OUT NOW! I HATE IT HERE! I'M NOT FOOD!” the boy screamed as he slipped and fell back, making a small splash and running into another stomach wall, making the dragon mur louder, vibrating the boys surroundings with joy.
“Me likes you in belly though. You give good belly play. Me will keep you in there now.”
“NO! NO NO NO! LET ME OUT!” The boy was in pure terror and licked the walls as hard and as fast as he could. Flammie couldn't take much more, he was overjoyed with pleasure and had to start towards the ground. Flammie started snickering half way down as he felt the boy inside him tumble back and forth, ramming into the fleshy, pulsing walls, “Hang on friend! Me is a bumpy ride!”
After a long way down, the dragon landed with a running stop, making the boy splash around, “OW!”
“Sorry, me got excited.” the dragon snickered to himself and found a soft patch of grass to lay down on, the blades still a little wet from the morning dew, “Me is flammie, what is friend’s name?”
“Let me out… and we aren’t friends..” The boy grunted and stood up in the warm belly, crossing his arms.
“Friend, Flammie helped you, but me will keep you in belly.” The dragon slowly began to rub his yellow scale plated belly, the shell like rungs gentle and soft like the rest of his fluffy form.
“Why did you do this to me?” The boy complained and slapped the fleshy walls. The dragon purred and rubbed the small form inside his belly.
“Me is teaching friend lesson. To be nice to others is nice for self silly!” Flammie closed his eyes and flapped his wings gently, his right claw pointing up at his snout as he spoke as if talking to a child in front of him, “Besides, you feel good in there for Flammie!”
“I hate it here… Just do it already… melt me away if that’s what you plan to do…” The boy slumped against the fleshy stomach wall and slid under the warm liquids, “It’s not fair… why do you push me around like I’m some toy?” The boy whimpered. Flammie couldn’t hear him as his stomach gurgled loudly, shaking the chamber and causing rippled to form in the liquids.
“Flammie will make you deal,” The dragon looked down at his belly, “You tell Flammie name and Flammie let's you out, ok?” He rubbed his belly slowly as he rolled over onto it. The boy sighed and swished around with the movements, “My… my name? Ok… my name is-” he was cut short as Flammie suddenly stood up and started walking, making the boy slide around more in the swaying belly, “MY NAME IS BOT!”
Flammie smiled and stopped. He sat down on his rump and looked down, “Hi Botsie, are you my friend now?” The friendly dragon questioned and poked at his belly. Bot sighed and gulped, “Yes….We… we are… friends…” the walls started to tighten, the warm liquids rose, carrying Bot with them, “FLAMMIE! HELP!” He started to be forced through the slimy tubes as air sucked him up quickly. Bot shut his eyes and curled up against the fleshy surroundings.
A warm, pulsing muscle gently wrapped around Bot and seemed to hug him tightly, “Flwammie tongue hug Botsie!” The dragon laughed as he placed the boy on the ground and nuzzled his black hair, “You me friend now, is you ok?”
“Yeah… I… I guess…” Bot didn’t know what to do, it took everything in him to simply stand as he panted for clean air, “Don’t do that again ok?”
“Ok, but first…” Flammie suddenly lunged at Bot and tackled him under his weight. The giant dragon had Bot pinned with ease. Before Bot could speak, he was tossed around until he realized what held him down. Flammie had rolled onto his back and wrapped a claw around him, hugging him against his belly tightly, “Friend gets huggles from Flammie always!” Bot struggled but gave in after a while before sighing and looking up. It was a tempting thought to hug the fluffy creature, and it wasn’t long until Flammie found Bot, fast asleep on his warm scaly chest, “Flammie will take care of friend, Botsie no worry!” The playful dragon happily licked Bot up in his maw and sucked on his sleeping form as he stood up and began his journey to the sky, looking for a place for himself and his new friend to stay.
