Description

Finally Luna is flying, but ugh, those wings.
No dithering for the mane this time since the Desktop Ponies program now supports partial transparency. :)

Edited from my old Luna, which was in turn based on Nightmare Moon from Desktop Ponies.

Edit: Made a few improvements (more show-accurate colors, nicer sparkles and such)
