I prefer black comedy to preachiness by Boschian-Fantasies I prefer black comedy to preachiness by Boschian-Fantasies
I felt like making this stamp, because I am so sick of moral freaks invading fandoms, thinking that everything has to be preachy about the lesson of the story.

TBH, I prefer sadist shows, like Ren and Stimpy, Married with Children, Happy Tree Friends, Beavis and Butthead, and Monty Python, over sugary sweet moralistic shit, like Full House, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, Steven Universe, and Care Bears.

I watch sadist shows to help me cope with dealing with my anger management issues, and to help me feel better about not being a lolcow like the characters in the show or fictional story are.

Also, why do sickly sweet morality plays always have some of the most violent, psychotic and perverted group of fanboys and fangirls, while sadistic black comedies have horrible hatedoms now a day? I don't get it. I just don't.

You know what kind of story I would like to see, and write for myself:

A story with very harsh, brutal, not so kid friendly moral lessons, such as "Love is musty, hurtful, and tragic.", or "Sometimes, you have to be cruel to be kind in order to help others in need." Not this "The power of love and friendship conquers all" or "Family is the only thing that matters more than life" bullshit.

I'm sorry. I've been not feeling well recently, and doing vent stamps like this to help me cope. So, yeah. It's therapeudic somewhat.

The worst offenders here are Mexican ones, they border into LMoTW(trope named after movies from a certain channel for women) territory combined with soap operas from that country. For every situation the villains are cartoony or stereotypes(strawmen) and always, I mean always get their comeuppance in prison, the protagonists are as half as cartoony, dim-witted as they never hear that something is amiss or they're called out on their bull just to make the chapters long and don't react at the plot-designated problem(which can be very obvious) till near-the-end, yet they always have their happy ending(either because of religion or a convenient person to help them, or both). In other words, preachy shows(wish fullfillment-typed) for (frustrated) housewives.

Worse, when they want to approach subcultures, they border with (deliberate?)Critical Research Failure(and even Narm).

And I forgot to say that, if the designated villain does not commit crimes, but goes on arrogant or antagonistic behavior, they will get convenient a change of heart out of nowhere in the end.

Well, I just look at preachy shows just to find ways to subvert and deconstruct them(i. e. the All-Loving Hero finally realizes that they shouldn't have had forgiven the secretly-villain's ways or that their preachy speeches were just words, and that people take months, or even years to change their ways if that's possible.)

That reminds of one of the possible settings for Beth's arc in my story called Rune.(temporary name until I decide otherwise).
That setting an alternate future in 2148, in which the Northern USA is recovering from a Socialist regime imposed by Arthur Winchester with the help of the New Soviet Union, which formed after Vyacheslav Andreyushkin overthrew the former president of Russia.

Ever notice how most fans of the sickeningly sweet morality plays are also annoying Nostalgia Nazis who complain about reboots that improve the show they obsess over.

Well, it's a deconstruction of magical girl stories. I try to revolve it around the question: "What if a magical girl protagonist uses her powers for her own purposes or what twisted thing she considers 'the greater good'?"

I dig the idea of an anti-heroine magic girl, or hell, a villainess protagonist magic girl.

I like some of both if they're done right. I may not care for happy tree friends, but shows like Futurama is good in my book.

I do like cautionary tales with very harsh moral lessons, such as "Looks can be deceiving" and "In order to help others, you have to be cruel to be kind in return".

Get my drift?

Look at the anime movie Windaria.

Go look it up on Youtube. It is a perfect example of that trope.
