To sharpen picture


First duplicate layer. Go to image>adjustments>black and white> play with setting to get nice contrastive edges, be aware of noise if you use blue channel.

Go to filters>other>high pass> set radius about 2px

Set layer blending mode to hard light

Picture is sharper now.
