My Bio
I went from being the shyest kid you'd ever meet to embracing just about every form of artistic communication there is - writing, graphics, a bit of guitar (music) and a decent understanding of filmmaking. With that, being an introvert has empowered me to use my imagination to turn the dark pockets into magic escape. I hope I can bring a little spark to someone's day and learn along the way!

But life is made of beautiful, memorable and riveting, if imperfect moments. I may cut the grass today but it is still growing as I finish the last row so what is "finished cutting the grass" even mean? I may have a wonderful dinner but it is also working its way through my body to eventually exit. It's both dinner and well, icky st

After attending Star Wars Celebration this weekend, I made a commitment to myself. Today I begin, steadily, a journey to self-publish. It will be a good year before all is out there but I want to encourage everyone to make a promise to themselves, if they have not yet, to take the first steps toward that dream. That dream is not a "foggy", meaningless delusion but something inside of you that needs to be fed and nourished. It is your child, your spirit, your essence telling you something. Listen to it, all of it. But most importantly, dialog with it and ask it "why?" When it gives you the answer, then you begin. ... That said, may the force

As I submitted a work to a reasonably popular publication recently (fingers crossed), I had the daunting task of deciding if it was "done." As the famous line goes, an artist never finishes their work, they abandon it. Well, I think that is the torture we often run into when someone says "tortured artist." But it is also what EVERYONE feels about life in general. Not that we are all suffering but we all, at some point, get hung up on not being able to let things go or accept that, "Hey, this is actually pretty darn good. Time to leave it be." So I say, let's all give ourselves a break, reflect on our work with the mindset of. . . Does it
