This is beautiful! :D

Thank you Cheryl, I originally thought it was more ordinary looking because of the overcast sky, but maybe the gray sky helps to bring out the vibrance of the landscape. Anyways, I'm happy you find it beautiful and worthy enough to put in the Featured folder of The-Stock-Directory =D

Aww you're welcome! I absolutely love places like that. It makes me think of fairies and peace. I swear I could be a happy little hermit if I lived somewhere like that. lol

Yeah I love places like that too. Of all the scenes I shoot, I have to say I prefer landscapes off the beaten trail because of the peace and quiet. No one to look at me suspiciously as I'm setting the tripod up, or worse yet in a packed city scene at night where some questionable characters obviously quite intoxicated start talking nonsense =p And in place like Ireland, or anywhere out in the country really, the people who do approach me tend to be a lot more friendly and just want to shoot the breeze :)

I'd like to live out in the country myself, but for now I think I'm well grounded in a big city like Montreal because I might become too much of a recluse otherwise.

Hehe I completely understand about the suspicious looks! I've gotten some odd ones while I was taking photos in town before. I don't think Springfield (Missouri) is as big as Montreal, but there are definitely a lot of people. I can't wait until Todd and I go camping in a few weeks. I always seem to sleep better in a tent. lol
