Well well I've got this new action called beach vintage, why? because it gives beaches a soft vintage tone, very delicate and pretty.
But it also works with another things (you can see it on the examples of the eyes)

So you can instal WINRAR in your computer, it's easy, and many of the actions on deviantart need to extract too, so you'll need it(:
Maybe that's the problem.
This is probably a really silly question but how would I use this? Cause I've never done it before? Is it for backgrounds on your DA page or something.
This is a photoshop action, photoshop actions are a series of recorded steps by the designer to help a photographer achieve a look without having to manually apply each process. (this means that you can have the tones of the action, the picture show you how your work with look like if you use my action)
after you download the action, you just have to open photoshop and it depends of what version of photoshop you have; I have cs6 version so I just have to open the "actions" menu (with it's like an arrow) and drag the action to it.
