Nurse Euphanasia, she go around easing the pain of those that are tortured. Giving them a mercy by ending their pain. She's also the one that help keep their God Alice on her meds. The Founders, those that had Alice imprisoned kept her drugged at all times as a means to calm and control her. After alice was free she still needed to take the drugs so she wouldn't go threw withdrawal. Nurse Euphanasia is slowly lowering the dosage which is making Alice strong as her mental faculties reture. Without the fear of withdrawal alice cause use more of her abilities to create every reality. Even without her meds she's still mentally unstable after the year of being tested on. All of the medication are placebos, only working because she believes they work on her. In truth the medication is just candy, all of the symptoms are in her head.
